If someone stuck a gun to my head it would be PowerDVD but I have both installed and both are super dooper, excellent programs. I make no judgement of analog or output via 4 channel speakers or or LFE decoding or downmixing. Radeon I make no comment as I won't buy one until Rad2 appears.īoth are essentially equal on sound thru digital output except that WinDVD has full dts analog decoding. PowerDVD is the slightly more techy program with a slight stability edge. PowerDVD 421 (latest) is just ever so slightly better than WinDVD 3.0 dts edition (unreleased as yet). I fervently hope that the people who wrote PCFriendly are herded into barns and set alight - and then buried in unmarked graves - by a Bobcat. Many such tools have a user-friendly design and can be used in PC, tablets, mobile phones. This software supports all most all formats, including MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MKV, and more. I don't find it buggy or annoying in fact I think it's the most vile shitlicking piece of anal cruft ever written. Video players are media player that can play video data from varieties of sources local disc, DVD, VCD, CD, streaming services etc. >Out of curiosity (and I'm not trying to steal your thread), does anyone use that PC Friendly DVD software that's included with some dvd's?
